Mexican Hat (Prairie Cone Flower)
The Mexican Hat flower is a common one for us to see driving along Texas highways and county roads. It is drought tolerant, thankfully, and loves the sun! This flower is a great pollinator for any yard and because of their heat tolerance, they are very easy to take care of.
So, treat yourself and sprinkle a few seeds around your yard and enjoy the birds and butterflies that stop by!
This will be such a fun flower to "turn into" hats, scarves, baby items! I don't know if I can wait four more days to get started!
